  LEAD," Feb. 16 -18, 2012 at University United Methodist Chu

 ies will come together to innovate, create, and explore ways
  to transform the world in ministry with young adults in The

 nally but are not formally trained as pastors. “Leading in L
 ay Pastoral Care” - focuses on equipping lay persons for pro
 viding care for people in their congregation who are experie
 ncing life changing events. Workshop also includes discussio
 n of appropriate interactions and responses in various care 
 giving situations. “Discover Your Spiritual Gifts” - focuses
  on identifying the scriptural gifts of ministry; and being 
 more fully equipped to lead others in exploring and using th
 eir gifts.
