Religion and Race

The Commission on Religion and Race shall have functions related to the objectives and scope of the work of the General Commission on Religion and Race, where applicable (Para. 640, 1996 the Book of Discipline) and such other responsibilities as the Discipline, the Annual Conference, or the Conference Council on Ministries may assign to it. The Commission shall designate some of its members to be advocates for the concerns of the Commission within each of the Districts.
